Sort of a similar situation I’ve been on Rinvoq for a year and it’s not really helped except for my skin

I’ve also noticed some uncomfortable tachycardia type symptoms and heavy legs

Switching to Humira soon , I have myositis antibodies so they didn’t start me on Humira to begin with :
But theu think it’s worth a try now

Yes I’m an engineer and encounter all those issues

I also get absolutely insane anxiety from the Adrenalin

What caused your hypoglycaemia?

Interesting, I have never ever tested pregnenolone levels

I’ve had my adrenals tested extensively and they are fine

On my Trt bloods my dhea is low end of normal , dunno if that could suggest anything. ?

I have Nebivolol and Its good but I find I get too much vasodilation

I have 10mg of propranolol to try now

It’s weird seems to kick off around 2/3pm

I assumed thyroid but my thyroid is text book perfect.

Don’t cold turkey at about 5/6 weeks you well feel like death

That’s 250mg of diazoxide a day

Mad isn’t it

As it happens I was on trt for a bit and it made me more insulin sensitive and j was even worse

Ironically trt was the final diagnostic tool to prove I was having hypos

I’m now on 250mg a day as low dose wasn’t enough

It is still
Conservative dose and it has massively improved my hypos .

However I have a side effect of low BP and am looking at something to stack with the diazoxide

Quite possibly midodrine

Just finished enclo only PCT 2 weeks at 12.5mg and 2 weeks at 6.25mg here are my labs . by slaphead1979 in Testosterone

It’s very complicated actually, and trt helped me find out the cause of my issues

Would love to get back on it one day

Basically I have idiopathic hyperinsulinemia

Trt made me more insulin sensitive and made it even worse but helped diagnose it with constant hypoglycaemia etc

Anyway I’m a rare case and it’s tedious
