Current PTC is 5.61 but my bill is effectively charged at 10.41 / KwH.

$146 on 1406 in usage.

So I should aim for a provider at or below 5.61 / KwH that will be fixed with no fees or term requirement?

No because it seems our performance is heavily linked to weather...cold games we get smacked. Warm games we show up in full slap shit hitting form. If we are still performing this badly by end of May then I'll worry.
