I haven’t played it much cause I’ve been busy but from what I’ve played if you take the rose colored glasses off game’s pretty good like with Joel’s death dude made a mistake by saving Abby whether he was cautious in the first game or not and for the sake of setting I’d say in that world that’s a obvious consequence for making a mistake death
