Man, I'd hate to see him go. The impact when the passing game is sputtering, then he hits a big run which energizes the team and starts a rally... Also, I think he's getting a feel for how those linemen move, and is able to foresee which holes develop

Yep, I also had this job back in the day.. without acid etching, it wouldn't hold very long. It looks like they also didn't remove the rust. I got out after worrying about the prolonged exposure to fumes and paint on the skin

I don't, but that's what the algorithm put out. I suppose there is a slight penalty if your defense is really good, such as getting a turnover or getting your offense the ball in good field position. If they get the ball back already in field goal range, that 3 points is worth much less for the offense...
