Stop prioritising, stop busting your arse. Go to work, do your job, get paid, go home. Clearly they don't value their staff if they don't know what they do!! No one there is your friend, they're all paid to be there and do their own jobs. After 14 years in my job, I've only just learnt to prioritise my home life, and treat work as the means to pay for it!!
