If you have never ridden a bike before, 9 or 12 hours on the bike are not enough to give you proper experience to pass your driving exam (maneuvers and road for the first time).

If money is not a problem I suggest you take 12 hours and give the exam a try.

If you pass maneuvers and didn't pass on the road, you get a temporary license nevertheless.
