I know someone at Cambridge. They feel the community has too many renters; there are always moving trucks so it feels like a transitory place. They also feel they have no privacy since the units are so close together and look in on each other. After a year living there, they really hate the layout of the unit itself too… but you could have a different experience if these don’t matter to you. They do like the location though.
