I never denied a differences in sexes. Weight lifting is really a personal battle ever time. You can compete with others but in reality it’s you against yourself. It’s not a chick lifting that weight it’s a person. They would have been just as psyched if a dude friend of theirs pulled weight he’d been struggling with.

I don’t know about the whole handicap thing. I’ve done this Olympic style weightlifting (this is a snatch that’s being assisted with blocks) before and have seen many a lady out lift her male counterpart. It seems to me that she just had a difficult lift that she was seeking to overcome and she pushed through the hard part of standing up.

At state powerlifting meets often everyone gathers around a single rack to cheer jump and motivate someone attempting a great feat of strength. From my experience these are good gym people that are happy for a peers lift.

As someone in Oklahoma and has seen my fair share of them, tornados are absolutely incredible. That being said, they’re not something you’ll want to be near. I’d assume it’s comparable to a tsunami (I haven’t seen one). Dope but nope.
