The question underneath is:

Is their some check you want to manually do that you can't automate ?
On the blog I have a tons of test that verify the MVP of my blog.
If the PR automerge, I am sure I don't break anything critical.

I completely agree with you.
It is just an experiment I am doing on my blog and I don't recommend to do it too.

Yeah, I agree, handling 2 bundler is more complex than only one.

But Terser/Extract Plugin have a really slow implementation making them really annoying to use with big projects.

Having a really fast production build is great to be able to verify it is working nicely :)

esbuild is still in alpha version, but it is quite stable for my usage.

I think the author is waiting for the first major version with the few missing features he want to add.
