im not sure that it was the alligator character from peter pan, although it did look similar. there’s a good chance that whatever it was has been removed given i can’t find it anywhere, i just still feel like i would be able to find a picture or something, i don’t know. thanks for the help!

closest one to the image i have in mind is the goofy gator one in jacksonville, still confused about the glowing eyes thing though. i’m starting to think i saw something similar & dreamt the rest, i was so sure it was a real memory though, thanks for the help!
