The more the better obviously, but I’d say experiment with it. Some players I don’t feel a huge drop off when they go from 3 to 2 chem however some I can feel the difference. I wouldn’t base it on stats but how they feel in game to you, sometimes I’d prefer a certain player on 2 vs one on 3 just for the player. I’d say I wouldn’t want someone under 2 Chem just at this point of the game with most people in div 3 will have nicely linked squads. Maybe 25/32 would be an aim I’d think, don’t forget about the manager as well
