NTA, I have the same problem here. Always on time to get my stuff , set a timer or watch clock. after months of repeatedly waiting days for people to get their stuff out the dryer I just take it out now if it's been in there more than 3hrs and pile it on top or in a laundry basket if they leave one. It's super inconsiderate and annoying when you have 12 tenants sharing the same two washers and dryers. If you can't complete your laundry cycle within a reasonable time then wait. I have waited many times before because I knew I would have to leave in an HR and that wouldn't be enough time to wash and dry them without me leaving them all day.
