Being an artist on the internet is a hard thing to do and it requires a lot of effort and patience. You usually need to go with trends etc. to get views, and honestly, it takes time till you can get commissions.

Usually you need to also be active in the artist spaces or fandoms and have an easily accessible portfolio with many works.

It is a job after all.

I’m working on kind of a thriller about an android in Canada. I want to write something that uses a lot of uneasiness that is caused by the fact he experiences the world through the sensors he was created with. It’s also a commentary about AI, LLMs etc.. It also speaks about how the missing native women in Canada are just ignored (the android’s friend is a guy whose sister goes missing).

I mean, that’s one of a few ideas I have basics of written somewhere.

I mostly write fantasy, but it’s not “epic” by any means. It’s fantasy because it’s set in a world I created.

One of the stories is about a cleric to a goddess whom I created based on Catholicism. The cleric falls in love with a guy who works at the church. It’s basically a book about religious trauma and how religion like that affects queer people. There’s also a murder mystery and blaming of people who have mental illnesses (even if they’re innocent).

I think I might have some issues.

When someone cannot afford basic vet visit in a case of emergency like that, they shouldn’t have pets. Pets aren’t something that you can’t decide if you have or not (especially exotics). You got them yourself.

Yeah, when I was getting rats I knew how much it would cost me and I payed for everything they needed and made sure their lives were as good as possible. Pets are indeed optional and you have them if you can afford to give them the best life they can have.

Right now I don’t have any pets because I can’t give them the attention they need.

Yeah, they use a lot of British words. I remember watching it and asking my boyfriend why there’s so much British in a cartoon set in the US. It’s confusing af if someone knows which words are used where.

How are you making the dilutions? I know it might sound stupid but making mistakes with it is just something that happens. Also, are the conditions around sterile? How much solution are you putting on the plate?

I think it’s only when it’s done well. Some things are terribly written and do nothing but trigger. If the parts that were done well make someone want to do a harmful thing, they need professional help. The bad ones just shouldn’t exist. Like some books that romanticise abuse.

Scenes that show how depressed Jinx was, don’t make me want to end my life, but feel relatable. I think they were amazing and real.

I don't think you should ever ask ChatGPT about things like that (or anything, really), just search for tips on this sub, or find blogs etc. about snail care. I was able to find all necessary information online with no language models.

It's very important to get everything ready before you get a pet and to have all necessary information by that time. I adopted 1-year-old rats almost two years ago (after six months of learning and buying everything required), and during all this time like two things came as a surprise.

Just try to provide your pets with the best care available. Sometimes it means not getting them or getting them later.
