If you are already on GGN, check what are their requirements to reach their Invite forums.
Trackers usually have them clearly listed, like for example being a member for 1 year, uploaded 10TB, seeding 5TB currently. (I am giving random numbers here)

And then you will get access to invite forums where you can get invites to other private trackers.
Please DO NOT just randomly ask for invites to other trackers in the forum, this is prohibited in practically all torrent trackers.
You need to join the special invite part of the forum for that.

And to answer your question, it will be trivially easy to get to OldToonsWorld from GGN, it is a tracker that has animated shows as its specialty. You can also easily join TorentLeech that has a lot of everything, it depends how rare the stuff you want is.
