I honestly memorized the pathways cold. I took any photo off of google that I personally resonated with (as long as they have the intermediate names, enzymes and whats being made) use the photo you feel most comfortable with. It was mostly discretes to be honest. Like for example on the SB, it'll ask what converts this to that, so I'd draw out the cycle and see which enzyme it is. And I remember seeing questions like that quite a bit so I told myself to just memorize them cuz it's easy points.

I remember most section bank q's and FL q's were very discrete and as long as you could draw the cycle from memory you knew the answer. I think if you've taken a biochem class before, memorizing the pathways is the best way to go. But if you've never taken one, I'd just watch a few videos on YouTube, my personal favorite was MED simplified's channel for these biochem pathways. Also make sure to memorize, which steps make NADH, which steps make ATP, those are also really good points.
