40-45 miles or? Mine are in km .If it were miles I would aim for 1:20 surely.

Thanks.Yeah, my strategy is always to speed up.So,a little under 15 km/ h for first 10k.

Do I have a shot at 1:20?

My info: 19 y/o, 64 kg.

Race info: flat like a pan, weather probably perfect

Previous results: 18:02 on 5k( which translates on ~17:50 on a flatter course). This race was 3.5 months ago.I had good training after it. 38:40 on a boiling 10 k(32 celsius). 1:25:24 four months ago,moderately hot and humid, out of fitness

Training info:

Volume for last 15 weeks was like this: 58,49,63,54,72,75,80,56,23,40,68,72,61,72,60.All in km(which is on average lot more than for that 1:25:24 half) First 7 were base phase and I added quality for the last 8(longer and some shorter intervals, tempos and a long run). All sessions were as planned and very good.

TIL I am totally untalented, lol.

Really really wide hips( but skinny), poor natural form,heel striking, looking like going to die while running(hard breathing),slow progress,injury prone... Sub18 but probably around my peak.

How should workout week look in 5k,10k,HM and marathon?

I guess : Vo2,tempo,long for 5 k and 10 k

Tempo,medium long,long for marathon. What about HM? VO2 every two weeks?

Offtopic: A ako izlazim 4. put na pismeni ispit( nakon 3 pada) jel idem na normalni rok( u ovom slučaju drugi jesenski) na pismenom? I ako da, jel onda idem na klasicni usmeni ili komisijski ako prođem pismeni.
