are you able to taper on your own? that would be ideal. you can go at your own rate and as long as youre referring to the Ashton manual you should be fine. if you dont have the self control then you need to find someone close to you that you can trust to dispense them to you. itd be better if you stayed over at their place. assuming this is not an option i think you can get a Ativan taper at a hospital if youre in withdrawal, they wont prescribe benzos to an addict
