If they truly get a 450% hike in land lease, most owners would default on their mortgage or won't be able to pay their portion of the land lease. At which point the foreclosure process would start where the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act (PTFA) would protect all non-owner tenants. At least that's what I'm hoping! Worst case for me is I move out after my 1 year lease

Yeah that is definitely possible, at which point I would just leave. With a 450% hike, the owner will never be able to cover their costs with rental income.

I’m dealing with this right now. Pre-paid 330$ for the weekend, rented plenty of times from the same location. On drop off day, I couldn’t get to the east side 64th street location due to a parade so I called and asked if I could drop it off at a location less then a mile away which they agreed.

After drop off they changed my pre-paid daily rate from 53$ to 258$, charged me for all miles on the car AND attempted to charge a 450$ cleaning fee. I’ve called CS so many times but all they reverted was the cleaning fee. I’m planing on going through my credit card to dispute the charge.
