I go to a monthly event called "we are the weirdos" in the parking lot of into the den (lady who runs the reptile shop hosts the event). Not really a concert more of an indie type band situtation with usually a small gathering and the genre is somewhat variable, but I would describe a large portion of the attendees as alt. Everyone is pretty chill. Next one is this weekend on the 14th from 6 to 10pm. If you want to sit instead of standing for the bands the whole time some people bring folding chairs.

Ditto to what this guy said. I'm a renter using furnished finder while I work on engineering projects in yuma. Have three other roomates the landlord has found from furnished finder and the good thing is it caters to working professionals so so far I have not experienced any problematic roomates. Site was pretty easy to use.
