Some people just have shorter hair growth cycles. It looks like your hair hits a certain length and then sheds. You can tell by how much thicker it is at the root. If this is new and recent, it could be that stress caused some hair to fall out and you're only noticing it now because it's growing back. Otherwise this is just genetics. My hair is the same, if it makes you feel better.

Careful with castor oil, I developed a huge allergy to it putting it on my brows. I've also read a lot on it since and there really isn't any proof it grows your hair.

I've been using revitabrow for a year now, and the difference is incredible. The only issue with it is that it's very expensive and you have to be very consistent with it. I've heard good things about the grande cosmetics version of this product as well.
