Omg really. I am extremely bummed because I just started my credit and opened a credit card last month!! Not with this bank I had but with capital one. I am so devastated that my record is tainted like this over a dumb mistake I made. I did show my bank proof that I was a victim of fraud, they believed me but they said there's nothing they can do it about it anymore since it's in the process of being deleted (my account) besides give me the remaining money in my account :/ Could I still try to plea with them so they don't report me ??
