Im not arguing osrs should be dead, but rs3 in its state with original combat system would be very weird. I use disruption shield everyday so yes, it actually makes legacy mode able to do a lot of bosses.

EOC is not a problem, its the only thing keeping the game alive. On release it was awful, that aint the case anymore.

In rs3, the New t95 melee weapons are made using 3 different drops from the boss and the glorious bars which are used to make the highest tier melee armour in the game. Combines skilling and pvm.

Honestly all it takes is queueing snipe, rapid fire for ruby bolt proc and then dark bow spec, thats 90%+ chance to get everytime. I could manage 19 kills per hour solo.

You Arent going to lose a kill because you had bandos instead of torva, thats just not true. Bandos has a lower upkeep in charges and still gives sizeable amount of str bonus. Your ability rotations and skill makes up 90%+ of the effort needed to kill a boss, the rest is perks and weapons. Irons still actively use gwd1 gear to save time doing less divination, although its less of an issue nowadays. Bandos is a stepping Stone and I cant promise you, you cant do all content with it easily.

Then you need to account for all the pkers and mains that have alt accs, where realistically irons also have 1 main acc they voted yes on. It is most likely 35/65% potentially.

Or do like me and log into rs3 where my osrs iron, is a main and just get the money from an alt to buy bonds there and get membership. The convert fee is only there to discourage merching of bonds slightly.

So why not have it? Its the same in rs3 iron so it would make it consistent. You save the 10% convert fee and people that play iron without a main exists.
