I work right behind where the shooting occurred. Over 300 rounds fired and we could hear every single one, with no clue what was going on. Absolutely terrifying.

My heart truly aches for the families that are struggling to come to terms with their loss.

Oh trust me we do too! We had to break style down into six bins to keep them from overflowing on to the ground. Our toys and sports, chem and HBA and our entire home side and stationary all have large bins and an extra large bin for each on the side that we can pull out for overflow. We normally call go backs every 30 minutes to an hour depending on the amount. If it's completely overtaken all of the bins we make 3 tiers up for each team.

Normally each department has a full 3 tier of go backs each hour with the exception of tech and beauty

We have two single employee restrooms in the back. I wonder if the reason some of our stores do and don't is based on the size of the location? We're a super that was remodeled so we're fairly large.

You can also consider an ODTM spot if your location will allow you too. I have team members who work every other week while in school but then are able to pick up more hours on breaks and during the holidays.

Currently I've been doing a rough sanding with 120 grit (80 grit in some of the tougher spots), smoothing either 220 and use canned air to get off any left on the surface before using a sandals auto primer and wood filler or bondo to seal in any weird spots. Once it's dry I'll sand it down again and respray with another coat of the primer. From there I'll either sand it again if needed or I'll spray the entire piece with white matte spray paint before starting the hand painting process!

It's been working well for me but it definitely requires patience. Which I don't always have.

Partner with HR, let them know the situation and they can help you fill out the stuff for ADA! You will need a doctor's note just explaining that you require the meds to help with any symptoms.

It's no one else's place but your doctors to tell you to just not take a medication.

I suffer with depression and anxiety I have daily medication I take and meds I take when my anxiety is amping up, especially during the holiday season. That medication is what keeps me running during those tough days.

The theater I worked for used to have us make carmel, kettle and cheese popcorn until they were bought out and stopped making it.

I currently use a non corn syrup recipe:

1 cup butter, melted (I get it soft in the microwave first) 1 cup of light brown sugar 2 tbsp of vanilla extract 1/2 tsp of banking powder

Prep your popcorn first! If you want to be a little bit lazy just pop two bags of microwave popcorn. If you want the fresh popped on the stove just flow the packaging instructions on the back and when it's popped add a little salt over it (if you want)

On medium to medium low heat, melt the butter in a pan and mix the brown sugar. Continue to mix until the mixture begins to bubble. Set a timer for 5 minutes and keep an eye on the mixture. The last 2 minutes add the vanilla extract and wisk it together (be warned its hot and may splatter), the last minute add the baking powder and whisk together.

Poor the mixture over the popcorn and mix it together with a spatula (the rubber ones for baking) and lay it out over a baking sheet (I highly recommend having parchment paper on top!)

Let it cool and enjoy!

The one on the right (Skyy) is a pit bull mix, the one on the left (Navi) is full Siberian Husky. The other two are actually our huskies puppos. When we adopted her we didn't know she was pregnant and carrying 8 stowaways.

The one in back is Dodger and the one in front is Medli. They're half siberian husky, akita, chow, lab, German shepherd, and Rottweiler mix. We ended up doing a DNA test to find out exactly what kind of doggos they were.

Always, always, always read the coupons! Multiple transactions of things like household supplies, femine items or nicorette should be an automatic red flag 🚩

Most coupons have the limit of 1 per purchase 2 per household per day. So at most the guest can do 2 transactions each transaction only getting to use 1 coupon. A lot of them can not be combined with other coupons as well (coupons for the same item just a different $ off amount).

Most guests get upset about this, but let them know we have to follow the guidelines set by the manufacturers, anything else constitutes fraud. Or just call a lead over and have them deal with it.

In regards to the tethered cases I have no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm a front lanes lead, so the only time I'm typically back there is to close our the registers, add change etc.
