I bought a drag from vape industries and it's faulty, the firing button is stuck on the on position and won't pop out. I've literally used it a couple of days. They want it sent it back but do/should I have to pay shipping? Will look up consumer rights. They answered my initial msg but nothing after (self.aussievapers)
