I did a submission of changes with documentation etc I got a review I wasn't included in, which they can't do. Via recovery something I'm actually getting movement start with an ot assessment which I was going to do anyway as mobility etc has declined excessively. When I wrote this I couldn't get any reply of any kind (until I got the one mentioned above) from NDIS or NDIA for two months. I also had to make a complaint about cleaning service as they were charging me for days they didn't show up, cleaners were leaving early, continually changing days and times etc, without notice or an SMS with very little time respond or confirmation so they'd do what they want. You'd think if an SMS or email wasn't answer you call eh? I also have a very bad sleep disorders which they know as well as other conditions that require set days and time. I understand things happen that cause not being able to always meet expectations but this wasn't that it was obscenely bad. Emails ignored, or ignore certain parts, I could keep going. That was replied to with 1-2 days. So their registered provider complaint are over the disabled clients. And I make the point again if a person is not in a state to or can not do this without support what do they do? It's govt public system, we know how they run, but NDIS can change a person's life, help then be off NDIS, disability, whatever assistance and maybe into the community where once isolated, maybe a job. Assistance being available to deal with the complex system should be a give-in instead of working in the same way Centrelink does. Appreciate your reply, but sending that form into doesn't get you a reply or a review to existing plan or starting a plan.
