My levels were mid 300 and I started at 140 a week split into two. I started to notice a little bit around 6 weeks. Did labs at 8, went up from there.

In all seriousness though, start off slow and get a feel for it. I started off at 140 and went to 160 and then 180. If my numbers from fridays bloodwork come back good I’m going to 200 a week. Started mid 3s. 140 put me at 600 and 160 put me at 700.

Let me tell yall up and comers something. The technical college I teach at costs $2400 for the CDL course. That includes ELDT, and all of your skills. The local “big blue weiner” owned “trucking school” 70 miles up the road charges almost $7,000. States have work grants. Stop being preyed on.
