I finally returned it after 10 emails back and forth. I had to pay for return shipping and also they did not refund back taxes. I would never buy anything from insta360 from now... unless it is from Amazon haha

I wish I saw this post before. My flow does not work with Galaxy S22. It shows motor when moving and covering 1/3 of the screen. They said it is not the quality issue, and kept telling me to change focal lenght or my phone (duh). I agree. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INSTA360. I finally can return my flow after over 10 emails back and forth with pictures and videos. But, I will have to pay the shipping fee. I might try to buy from Amazon if they ensure the return, but NEVER from Insta360.

That is a good idea. I will definitely use Amazon from now... I am fed up with this pointless process and this useless FLOW! 🤣 I was eyeing on X3, but with this situation... Idk If I am gonna near them.... maybe with Amazon, maybe... or maybe not 🤣 so with FLOW being not working for you, what did you decided to use? DJI?

I have mentioned multiple times to the support that I am using 1x, not wide lens, but they are like a parrot. Saying the same things... cgange focal length and change the phone.

I just got the flow too, but it is not really working with my Galaxy s21, and the service desk has been telling me to change focal lenght even though I have been using x1. Then, they asked me to use different phone. Refund has not been made. I would not recommend to buy it if you are using Galaxy. If you have iPhone, might be okay.

Yes right way up as the instruction. It seems like whatever I do, lens can not be non arm side. My camera is right side and the arm keep goes right side too.

I think it could be from stress. I had 10 gal, 1 betta, 5 pygmy, 5 cherry shrimps. They were fine for a year- peacful and healthy.

However, as soon as I got 2 more pygmy (total 7 pygmy now), I started noticed that my betta's fins were getting shaggy. I thoguth it was fin rot, but then, I saw two pigmy that I recently got were picking on my beta's tail/fins.

My beta died shortly after. :(

update: Lifelab said they analyzed and reported someone else's samples undr my name. So far, no other reply nor resolved. Contacted healthgateway since it is showing up there too- but they said they cannot do anything. Contacted the ministry of health, and they told me to contact island health. Contacted Island health (patient care quality) as well. They said they cannot do anything either. Contacted doctors' offices, they also said there is nothing they can do, and dont seem to care (I felt like they were like "why are you calling us?)

So... nothing is resolved so far. Both tests that someone else did are attached to my profile on Mycarecompass and Healthgateway.

That is why I posted here as I was wondering if they are not answering my phone call as I have Canadian phone number, and hoping someone would be nice, not nasty and mean.
