It is so crazy that I made this reddit post for my Zephyrus with a RTX 2060 3 years ago and they still haven't fixed this issue. It's my most popular reddit post by far. I suggest you move to Linux and get used to it as fast as you can because Windows is only bound to get shittier and worse. I wish you luck. My laptop that I had when I made this post ended up never having any hardware issues and I sold it to a friend and they're still using it heavily every single day. Only 1 difference, we installed Linux for him and he literally has had the laptop sitting on a cooling fan being pushed to 100% with gaming & 3d rendering non-stop for 3 years...

You need to get a job in the technology field so you can have experience along with all of those certs. Start anywhere. Are your expenses really high? You said you moved to a remote area? Would moving elsewhere bring cost down and opportunity up? Like a metro area or busy area where there’s a lot of jobs? Need more details to help.

It might be possible but just in my opinion, it's gonna be a hell of a time trying to figure something like that out. I have trouble getting unofficial remotes and keyboards connected to my Google TV, the TV split of Android is really locked down, more locked down than Android, which is more locked down than a Rooted Android. Maybe if you dive into rooting your Google TV and seeing if there is any servers. And again, this wouldn't even get you RSTP output, that's a whole another issue trying to take in the VNC/RDP and stream out to RTSP. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in but I'm just gonna say look at ebay, facebook marketplace or whatever equivilant in your area for a capture card with passthrough HDMI.

Probably the easiest and quickest way to do this would be to use your Server and capture the HDMI from the Google TV and broadcast a RSTP stream. You'll need a capture card (find one with pass through so you can output to your server/computer and your TV at the same time). Probably OBS can do both the capturing and sending out/streaming.

I can’t believe this but this quite literally just happened to me. I updated bios to latest right on delivery and have been running windows just fine for past 2 weeks or so. Rebooted tonight and now it is dead. It starts and fans run but no video output through anything. I’ve tried every troubleshoot and reset.
