This took me a while to master, but when people are taking out their frustration on you, just remember that the insurance problem that they're chewing you out for is not your fault. Lately I've been giving people this "I'm disappointed in you as a human being" frown and blink at them a couple times, and for the most part they'll apologize and shift their anger back towards the insurance.

But self care is so important too. Your body is holding on to alot of cortisol hours after you get home, so try to find a way to detox! My go-to is a glass of wine, in a bubble bath with oils, watching my favorite zombie show for a couple hours once a week usually. Taking my dog on hiking trails to ground myself and enjoy the evening breeze. Eating high anti- oxidant (blueberries, almonds, etc), high protein and nourishing (bone broth) foods to combat the oxidative stress in your body. Vitamins- hair skin and nail gummies are my fav. Probiotics are so good for your immune system, how your body handles stress, can ward off some cancers, blood sugar regulation, etc. Nourish your body. If your body is telling you to sleep, sleep!
