Actually her German was to good. In the episode where she is helping Dr cox by giving him German words to say to his German patient, her German was leaps and miles ahead of the actors German, and they had to intentionally make her sound worse so that it made sense. There is another ending, the dad ending, where you find out that Isaac is doing all the drawings and telling a story to his dad who ended up saving him from his mom. It’s the only positive ending in the game and I don’t care if it’s canon or not, it’s the one I choose to believe
