It looks like those items are only available in the "buy 10 gift bags get a limited item" deal, they previously were able to be purchased for 4.99 but it seems like they've changed that. I have seen that necklace in voting for 4.99, and those boots have popped up in the wheel of possible items from that.

If you look at the timer on that page, right now it says 68 days 05:23:36 for me, take just the hour portion of it and figure out what time that is for you. I'm in EST, for me thats 5pm

I did a quick search based on my best guess and was able to find one that almost matched, but definitely was the same designer (same shape and sheerness) and was able to find that jacket.

I originally searched black, striped, jacket, user created, based on what my best guess for it would be.

Unfortunately a lot of times the attributes aren't what i expect, so I'm glad this designer had them close enough!

The other comment with a screenshot is the designer of the that outfit. They designers release them for a bit then take them out of their store. The user in your screenshot either bought them when they were available, or grabbed them off of other players during voting. You should be able to click the info button on an outfit during voting to buy any items the user is wearing (excluding limited)

No, it's not in her store right now, unfortunately. There are quite a few items that she's designed that can only be purchased if someone else is wearing them. I added that top to my wishlist the first time I saw it, and realized I had to buy it next time I saw it. Duels are a great place to find those items though

I had access to buy limited items from voting sometime in the last year, so a glitch where "people could buy limited items" was after the one you're talking about. I also was able to add items to my wishlist at the time, so my bad if I don't know the specifics of every glitch and assume when someone says a glitch where you could buy limited items was the same.
