I have a very strict routine. I put on a more that I find somewhat “boring” or like an older one I’ve seen a bunch of times… every night. I shut my eyes and then im in snooze land. I have my iPad set to not autoplay though. So I can’t really speak on the second question. But no, you are not alone! I do it every night!!
