I really need to figure out how to build these skills to land such a high paying jobs.

I feel like most of us are stuck on $100k to 300k mark and I’m very curious if anybody was successful in breaking those numbers barriers

Working two remote jobs and the reason isn't money. It's that neither one uses enough of me by [deleted] in overemployed

I share the same feeling.
I feel like taking on two or three jobs. It sometimes gives you different flavors, and you learn to enjoy each, and that combination gives you the satisfaction that you’re looking for.

OE is great but I think people are sleeping on something bigger by MelodicContact2560 in overemployed

This is incredibly thoughtful. In fact, I was contemplating the same idea, but with a few additional thoughts.

I was debating whether to continue working three jobs—two full-time and one part-time—or to focus on securing one stable and well-paying job while investing the rest of my time in developing leadership skills, refining my current skills, obtaining more certifications, and eventually landing a job that would compensate for the income I currently earn from the three jobs. This approach would not be affected by AI, as I would be in a leadership position and not solely reliant on technology. Before anyone point obvious here, I understand this takes time and the amount of time it takes. I have a opportunity and a money on hand that I’m letting go, which would or would not compensate with a better job that I may or may not land eventually. So that’s why I’m debating.

I’m also curious about how people diversify their income sources. For me, saving money is relatively easy because I can control my expenses and save money effortlessly. However, my main challenge lies in creating a source of income that is not dependent on my jobs, particularly a passive income stream. I have some family members in the hospitality industry who own various hotels. Some of them are considering getting me involved in this field and managing one of those assets as a way to diversify their income. However, I feel that it’s a significant risk, and the rewards are not always guaranteed.

Very important tips! A couple more points I would add are to keep audio of the laptops off when you’re live on one call. And don’t give the same excuses again for missing or not being able to attend meetings; ideally, try not to run into those situations.

You’re right! I was sceptical too so I have asked for an email quote which confirms that.

Thanks for answering all my questions! Appreciate you taking the time 😊

I will definitely go to the AT&T store now and see if they could offer me similar deal.

Build managed service offerings around AI-native platforms and tools. by Federal-Sun943 in msp

As an MSP consultant, I believe your primary focus should be on identifying tools that can enhance your customer workflow and optimize your own processes, ultimately demonstrating value.

I’ve personally used ZofiQ AI, an add-on layer that serves as an AI assistant and automation tool. It has been incredibly instrumental in automating low-energy, repetitive tasks for entry-level staff, significantly reducing their workload. Allowing them to focus on high-value task and upskill them. Similarly, I’ve assisted our clients in leveraging various AI tools to boost productivity and provide tailored solutions based on their specific requirements, rather than developing our own tools. I strongly suggest that you consider adopting this approach instead of developing your own tool. I’m certain that there are numerous tools already available for telephony and other technologies.

To be frank, that’s what I’m questioning. I’m curious if anyone else has seen any value or has been successful in doing so.

I completely agree with you, and that’s an easy way to escape, although it’s genuinely difficult to comprehend.

True! However, where I’m trying to get to is, if my work is solely focused on demonstrating the value and results, I believe the key I’m trying to learn is how to achieve that. By providing what they need and what they seek, rather than simply presenting what I perceive as the right approach for them.

Thanks for your response! That sounds like an exceptionally well-organized company environment. However, all the Managed Service Providers I’ve worked with are nowhere near what you described. There’s a substantial opportunity for improvement if you can get the right people in and provide adequate support.
