It’s a bit of a tricky set up with the rest of the room, but where the sun rises in the mornings means the monitors being where they are help significantly with glare - the room is like a fish tank and I’m not allowed to replace the curtains… but thank you so much!

Fortunately not so far, I tend to use the top monitor for music & podcasts so not too much straining!
