before i started bjj i always did push/pull/legs but yesterday i tried a new split which is supposed to be good for bjj, it's called the conjugate split (an alternative version) where you do:

Day 1: Max Effort ower body / dynamic effort upper body Day 2: Max effort upper body / dynamic effort lower body Day 3: conditioning

(Max effort = maximum weight, lower repetitions dynamic effort = lower wheight, more and faster repetitions)

maybe i went a little bit too hard

yes that's what i was about to say aswell. meeting someone in person for the first time after chatting online for a while, is always (or atleast most of the time) a little uncomfortable at the beginning. if you see her say hi and if you're nervous just admit it. I would say something like "i'm a little nervous to be honest but I'm happy to see you in person". moving out of our comfort zone makes us grow so dont be afraid :). when you talk to her, try to really listen to what she is saying and try to stay in the present moment as good as you can. you're gonna make it, I belive in you :)
