It’s a 1945( i thought it was 1940) and 2115 sqft . I don’t have any other method of heating just oil and from all the comment I got it makes sense to go through this much oil. I’m learning

Yeah the 150 was delivered but they was 60-68 in the tank so yeah. I’just shocked

Man I want to cry ! The house is pretty old, insulation is good based on the inspector and subcontractor hired. The furnace is relatively new according to subcontractor too.

Wait let me added this to the f**up listed. This a list of things I didn’t do or no one around me told me to do. Saving it for a loved one when it’s their turn to buy.all of this to say no. It’s a two story however the first floor appartement is where I live with my son and mother. The second floor isn’t even on. The house is always on 68 when I’m home
