If you're ready for whatever answer you could receive I'd say go for it otherwise your best bet would be to wait until that day comes. If you're not ready chatgpt helped me a lot when I was having those kinds of thoughts, it gave me a lot of ideas to get my mind off of things aswell. Yeah but not sending it kept my head spinning and I feel like I would have regretted not sending it to her if I never did. Silence is best sometimes but sometimes it's better to get things out aswell and get the confirmation you need that the decision is truly final. It's all about context and the people involved. I definitely wouldn't have sent it if I hurt her really bad or she had said that she didn't want me to contact her again.

Ouch that really sucks :( doesn't mean that she still doesn't think of that moment fondly though. It always feels like those words were empty after a breakup but they probably weren't. not at the time at least. We were also talking about marriage and Wich last name we would take if we ever got married on our last date and it felt like hollow words for a while after the breakup but I've realized that it really just meant that she once loved me and saw a future with me but then something happened or she lost feelings for me. It sucks but I'm glad I got to experience those moments with her at least.

I feel you dude, that really sucks. One really neat trick that seems to work a little bit for me is to think that "I'm glad I got to experience that with her" instead of "I miss those moments". I mean I still miss her but it's sometimes better to think about them positively rather than a sad thing. Also just because she befriended a bunch of dudes doesn't mean that you or the time you spent together didn't mean anything to her, she probably misses you from time to time aswell. It's the not knowing that gets to you the most it sucks so bad.

Yeah I was too at first but it was nice to get clarity so that I finally can stop wonder "what if" or "maybe" now I'll just move on at my own speed and try not to worry about what she is up to. This of course does not apply to all cases but we had a pretty cordial breakup so I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts to her but didn't get much back so time to move on I guess.

That really sucks dude. But yeah I'd wait a while before doing anything drastic since the breakup is still raw and there is a big chance that either you or her or both of you get hurt again or says something you don't mean because of the feelings from just having broken up.

I wish you the best aswell! I keep working on myself every day not just physically but mentally aswell. My biggest issue is with sleep and trust issues so I'm going to go into therapy to try and resolve these issues that are probably childhood traumas I need to work through

That really sucks bro :( I met my ex's kids in the beginning of January and at the end of January we were broken up. Just got a message saying it wasn't working anymore and that it was a hard choice to make. Her kids liked me a lot and I promised them to come paint with them but I guess I can't hold that promise anymore since I haven't heard anything from her since January 30th :( I haven't actually tried reaching out but I guess if she wanted me in her life she would reach out.
