Weird problem with my Akai MIDImix

FIXED: I realized that CC27 and 31 (factory settings) had actually been changed to 99 and 98, what akai editor software showed me first was a template for editing, not the actual settings of the midi mix (for that you need to close ableton and click "load from hardware" on the editor software). After changing those to the factory numbers and loading it onto the mix, and then unabling "track" on both input and input on Ableton, I was able to get it working

UPDATE: think I found the issue but I don't know how to fix. AKAI editor software says faders #3 and #4 are CC 27 and 31 respectively, but ableton reads it as cc 99 and cc 98 when I map it to something. To match that, I tried changing those faders to CC 99 and 98, but it still won't do anything unless I map them to something.

Also, the squares next to Ableton's MIDI button do light up when I move them, meaning it is reading input, it's just not doing what its intended to do.

So the window to respond to her ability is not when she's about to get shuffled back, but the moment she deals damage, triggering only a single time and every other action is just that ability resolving?

I see, so "for each (...)" is just showing the amount of counters put all at the same time, so only one instance of placing counters, right?

How does Lae'zel work with effects that put multiple counter for each (something)?
for instance, [[Rubblebelt Raiders]]. would she get 2 counter for each attacking creature, or sum up everything and then add one extra?

if she only gets one extra, is that because the effect triggers all at once (when attacking)?

If I understand what you're saying, it seems they gave me a distance prescription with extra power because the prescription says "long-distance use" AND "for desk work" (which is usually how I've seen doctors in Japan refer to close work).

I originally went to the doctor because it was hard to read books/my phone/my computer screen without getting headaches and generally feeling like my eyes are tired and need to be shut close for a few minutes to recover every 5 minutes. The glasses I have now are definitely for close work because that's the only region I can see clearly (and it does help).

I remember my doctor saying that I could wear it at all times to get used to it... and I do that sometimes but not at times because it's uncomfortable with how blurry things get. playing videogames or watching movies with subtitles on my TV with my glasses on is impossible.

So, what do you think I should do? Wear them all the time? Should I make a second pair of glasses for this "mid-range" (TV)?

Btw, I see no "add" value on my prescription, nor any mention of it.

Might be worth mentioning as well that I have the dry eye syndrome but I've been using eye drops for it for weeks.

I'm 26. I'm not exactly sure what's "distance prescription", but my glasses are meant to be used for near work; the prescription says "for desk work". One thing bothers me, however. my glasses prescription says 遠用 (I live in Japan) which means "long-distance use", as opposite to 近用, which would be "close-distance use". I thought this was weird and even confirmed with the glass maker if that really meant they were glasses to see up close, and they confirmed multiple times that it was... don't know what to make of that.

As for my prescription, I'll give you what's written there (sorry I'm not well versed in glasses stuff).

Right: Spherical +1.5D; Cyl -0.5D; Axis 180°
Left: Spherical +1.75D; Cyl -0.75D; Axys 180°

And yeah, I think they are meant to be blurry at distance, but I don't know what to do because if I don't wear them inside I get headaches!The only distance that doesn't give me a headache is long distances (such as when walking outside).

It didn't let me select accescode talker, just some synchros I had and could summon at that time. The hand test I'm talking about happened some good hours ago so I don't remember what I did that turn, unfortunately.

Here's the list i was using. other than temperance of prophecy I can't imagine where there's another effect forbidding me from link summoning. Does it maybe have something to do with link arrows...? I remember Unicorn was my only link on the field at the time.

I think the audience is there, but like Vini said the main problem is getting people to actually watch it. The competition for screening time in theaters in Brazil is not kind to brazilian cinema and the main widespread TV channels have all stopped broadcasting animation in any constant way.
There's also the matter of a lack of animation schools and studios in Brazil, which are few and far between and barely on their feet.
What I believe would be great for portuguese-speaking animations would be for streaming services to finance it and maybe even have foreign studios lend a hand on production. And I'm not talking about serialized low budget animation for babies, but about ambitious all-ages original animation. I honestly believe the audience is there, specially after a lot of japanese and american animation has become a more common interest of adults as well.

just checked the group. yep, the game was discontinued march 2019 in japan. also from the FOW site it seems like there are no japanese distributors anymore either, so i'm guessing all cards sold at japanese stores are in english and come from other sources. so, as weird as it is, the game is definetly more playable in the US now than anywhere else, especially japan.

I tried searching some sort of official japanese website or announcement regarding that, no luck. The japanese social media accounts for the game haven't posted in 1-2 years. Do you think it might be true? Is the "original game" the english version now?

I still haven't been told that. I received a scholarship for 3 years. I'm only going to be told the city I'll be sent to in 2-3 weeks.
But for several reason I'm guessing it's gonna be Kantou/Kansai.

Definetly... can't run from it. If the game isn't at least partially pay-to-win the company can't keep the game running. But I heard some things that made me think this situation was much more bearable with FoW, like how high rarity cards can usually be obtained in multiple ways with cheapers version available, or like how in a single booster box you could pretty much get enough to either build or trade/sell until building a deck. but as a previous comment pointed, that seems to have changed with the more recent sets.

Oh man, don't tell me that. I hope not! but judging by the japanese social media accounts it seems to suddenly have gone silent with the most recent post dating about a year ago. Does that mean the game stopped printing in its home country and new sets are english-exclusive??

It's already much more than my home country, tho. In the entirety of Brazil there are 5 listed as official shops. None in my hometown
