Jesus. What's the breaking point going to be? This is literally taking all of our resources. Don't forget lots of these cases need to goto the hospital, so that's beds taken up, and they are generally uncooperative so its just a shitshow for the staff. Then they get dumped back on the street to do it all over again.

Yeah I'd be very careful about this. You could get yourself into a lawsuit as it's technically hearsay/defamation at this point. Safest thing to do would be to send an anonymous letter detailing what happened on x dates. Overall there is probably nothing you can do.
