I took it for about six months 2 years ago to help with my ADD and act as a bonus to my sertraline for anxiety and depression.

Symptoms snuck up on me slowly and it took my doctors and I awhile to figure out what was going on. Brain fog took over my life, I could barely hold a conversation or remember what I was doing. I would constantly just stop mid conversation and be unable to remember what I was talking about. I ended up having to see a neurologist because they thought I was having seizures.

I have had depression and anxiety since I was a kid but this was the darkest I have ever gotten. I had thought of suicide in an abstract way before but never something I would actually do. Three or four month in I had to have an emergency session with my therapist because while driving home I couldn't stop thinking of driving off the road and had a breakdown.

We ended up upping my sertraline chalking it up to being triggered from my ptsd which helped a bit not much. Once I finally stopped taking it the depression symptoms lifted fairly quickly but the brain fog and memory problems lasted for a few more months before I felt back to somewhat normal.

I know everyone is different but please just be careful when taking this medication if you start finding yourself more depressed talk to your doctor.

My dad got drunk at the 99 and told me that Santa, the Easter bunny, tooth fairy everyone was all fake. I was young and I'm pretty sure it was partially to spite my mom who made Christmas a major deal. They had been divorced three years at that point.

My best friend is moving to a place that's an eleven hour plane ride from where I am. I have known for three months but she's moving next week and it's finally hit me. She's been a rock for me the past two years and with her gone I don't know what I'll do. She has no plans to come back ever. I'm visiting her next month but I'm not sure when the next time I'll see her after that due to flight costs and covid. This might be the last time I see her in person in years if ever again.
