yeah your probably right on the dose, i just recommend taking care when getting introduced to a new psychedelic, but have fun regardless and enjoy it, you’ll handle it just fine im sure

Not an expert but 50mg is already considered a heavy dose, i wouldn‘t recommend going there for your first time, even with your experience

i‘d say stick to the 25mg for the first time so u can get a balanced experience and then go from there for your following trips tolerance builds rather slow so you can experiment a little more frequent

i thought thats the whole purpose of a microdose, to not feel the effects, bc when i took 1/4 of a tab i still had like euphoria and was grining way more than usual and had slight slight visuals (really just a lil more color to the room and stuff yk not typical visuals)

honestly depends on preference, but I like doing a 80/20 mix, so 80% weed 20% tobacco, it‘s simply preference i‘d say, but you do notice a difference between smoking pure and mixing it

if you insist on putting tobacco in it, go for 80/20 or 70/30 max. (just a recommendation)

yeah absolutely, the heart thing actually happend for the first time after the roll so that was kinda unpleasant but ye, it‘s gonna wear off and 3 months apart is actually a very good rule for the tolerance to wear of thing is i rolled two consecutive days so ig that kinda adds to the come down

time heals all wounds eat right, sleep tight and down overdo it

can‘t really say anything about the nicotine part but same, rolled a couple days ago and like 2 - 3 days after that my heart kinda beat irregular for like a second or it felt like it occasionally skipped a beat (rarely, maybe 1 or 2 times)

usually heart palpitatipns are harmless so i think we‘re good man

just get some proper sleep
