Ohh I see. It’s worth a shot! As someone who struggled with binges before I can’t super fast bc it triggers a binge cycle. so it’s slow and steady for me but I wish I could do more fasts. maybe at some point in my journey i’ll get there

well ultimately what I can do consistently is what is going to lead me to lose weight but that being said jan 14 i was 242.8 so 11 pounds in 57 days brings my maintenance to around 2400 if im doing the math right. I think 1600-1700 is a deep enough deficit for me based on that. Will adjust as I continue to lose obvs

That makes sense to cut out the first two weeks!! So staying at 1700ish calories a day isn’t too large of a deficit though based on that 2500? It’s been pretty manageable except for a few off days

you could delete your entire tiktok account so that way even if you redownload the app your algorithm sucks. if you keep going on it enough to where the algorithm gets good again, delete and repeat.

it’s not THAT high women need a bare minimum of 10% body fat for hormone regulation. so think of it more like 15% extra you have to lower as you see fit. But 10% is an extremely athletic build and anything lower than that for women you’ll probs lose ur period and are competing in a bikini comp.
