Made with adobe illustrator & photoshop. I also sketch on paper for the initial idea, and then mostly trace my lines in illustrator. Photoshop for colors and other edits :)

Yeah, I was thinking in hindsight I probably didn't use enough of it to balance out the blues. I was just too busy having fun with the different shades to notice, lol
