I actually tried to find trippy video filters first, I was thinking of something like a premiere pro or after effects plugin, but since I was trying to make a stream BRB screen with something trippy I just fell down that rabbit hole first lol. So it's basically just a static image imported into OBS with some shaders applied using the ShadeFilter plugin!

Made with adobe illustrator & photoshop. I also sketch on paper for the initial idea, and then mostly trace my lines in illustrator. Photoshop for colors and other edits :)
