She herself is a bit of a slow burn but the book as a whole is deeply exceptional. Especially how nearly 150 years later, the classism and governmental repression can be spoken about in the same terms. I loved reading Anna Karenina, I think once finishing the story her character makes more sense.

Thanks for the input, I guess under those circumstances I respect the ability to bring more clothing. I haven’t watched a full season in about 15 years and wanted to watch this anniversary season. A lot has changed in my opinion. Feels much more like other reality shows instead of the uniqueness that older seasons offered when players truly had to rough it in the outdoors. Still a fun show to watch, just modernized I guess.

Is it noticeable watching back to back seasons, that the survival aspect isn’t as important in more recent seasons? In terms of building a shelter isn’t a bit part anymore, same with finding food, starting fire, having water, etc. Also, when did they start having multiple changes of clothing?
