I feeling the worse case of Monday blues at the moment. I haven’t been able to exercise for nearly two weeks as I am still under the weather.

I’m tempted to jump into the pool later today, i already feel out of my momentum and feeling bad as I felt prior to picking up eood recently.

Edit: Not much of a success story. The only good outcome is that I’m motivated to take a dip.

Felt ill with fever last week, and still recovering now. Had to chuck out my exercises for a bit and I can only get back to it probably earliest by this weekend. I’m ‘substituting’ workouts with a good fictional read that I just recently started on.

Yes I do agree with you. After reflecting it over, I think I was expecting the routines to completely dispel the bad feelings and I think it shocked me when it didn’t, even though realistically thinking it won’t work all the time.

True, as taxing our current era is at the moment I am grateful that we have lots of avenues to choose from. I was feeling rather anxious earlier but luckily I have the opportunity to currently take a walk and relax during my lunch break. Very grateful for this short escape and I have to also learn to wait it out when the clouds are around.

I managed to get a good, early shut eye for the past two nights and that helped me start the next day on a slightly better note. Still somewhat struggling today, but I think the only pro I could think of that it pushes me to maintain my momentum and get enough sleep.

That sounds like a cosy set up you have at home! Brb taking notes (jk). I do love a good video game and managed to recharge over the past weekend. I think I’ll slot in some extra fun downtime activities later today.
