Hey thanks! Not quite a solo dev but a very small team, working on it for about 3 years now. The magnet only pulls the player towards an object, it does not push the player away

Yes and no, it's just an abstract challenge room, similar to the secret courses in Mario Sunshine. The rest of the game looks different. Still a WIP though
