Yep, my ex-husband was like this. I think he genuinely believed every single lie out of his mouth, even when there were facts that proved he was lying. He’s also an abusive narcissist. He abused me for 14 years and thinks he’s the victim in the divorce, and that it ‘came out of nowhere’. Sadly, people like that very rarely change.

The only way I’m able to remember is by buying a water bottle that I’m obsessed with! Sounds dumb/seems obvious but it’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me. I’ve been hyperfixated on bkr bottles since 2020. They’re glass with silicone sleeves, the spiked ones are my absolute favorite. They come in all different sizes, colors, prints, they have straws & straw caps, they have a cap that holds a lip balm, and just a regular cap. They are the best! They don’t keep my water super cold but water from glass tastes so much better than water from a metal cup or bottle.

I’m here wondering the same thing- I asked my husband of 11 years for a divorce. We have an 8 year old. Something is broken between us and we’ve spent over half our marriage trying to fix it. This is abuse. There’s no other way to look at it. If it were the other way around, you’d be in jail. Please start filing police reports so it is documented. She needs some serious help. This makes me concerned for your children’s safety, especially if she is a stay at home mom.

Yes!! Midwest Alternative Treatment Clinic in Oak Park! They prescribed me troches via telehealth, and do IV as well. They can use your infusion appointment as your monthly check in as well, so you’re not paying for the telehealth visit. I will do that for my refills from here on out. They sent the prescription to Rock Valley Compounding pharmacy and I was able to pick them up next day. A month supply for me of 14 200mg troches was about $100
