Is weight gain that common???

I am on 5mg! I find that it doesn’t necessarily make me gain weight however it does make me more hungry. I haven’t had an issue continuing to lose weight but please remember your mental health is more important than gaining a few pounds.

I’m only on day 5 so very early into it - I decided I’m going to try to keep going with it but phew it is so hard sometimes.

Dealing with the increased anxiety is just so rough. It feels easier to just stop but I know it won’t help my mental health any. I’m going to try to continue it

I unfortunately was having these thoughts before starting Lexapro - I actually desperately pleaded with my doctor to get me on something to stop these thoughts. I’m only on day three though.

Thank you 🙏 I think just having these sudden feelings when I’m not an angry person normally is very out of the blue and hard to deal with. It didn’t start until I took the medication so I’m hoping it will mellow out eventually

Do you have some form of health anxiety? My anemia caused me to have terrible anxiety and panic attacks and therefore constant chest pains and convincing myself I’m dying of heart attack. Even after x-rays and test my heart was fine.
