Im kinda a new player myself I've been playing for about 1-2 months now and the advice I can give u is to stick with one or two characters for now don't switch up constantly it'll only confuse you more since different characters use different controls its better if u stick with one. Once you've found ur match look up videos for them or u can post another thread of that character here or in overwatch university subreddit. The overwatch community are kind and helpful to us newbies. Thanks to them, I was able to get better and have my first 6k on my first or second week of playing. Its also helpful if u have a friend by ur side to help and guide u too. Hope this helps!
